This course has been designed to help you understand and practice tools based on Zhineng Qigong (Medical Qigong) and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, integrating mindful movement, breathing, and energy work to support physical and emotional well-being.
What will you learn in this course?
Throughout the sessions, you will explore practices focused on addressing different types of pain from a holistic perspective of the body and energy.
Based on academic research and the instructors’ teaching experience, many people have reported improvements when practicing correctly and consistently.
In addition, you will be asked to complete a brief international questionnaire before and after the course to track changes in pain perception and overall well-being.
